Is PinHunter free to use?
Yes — the Free plan lets you track unlimited countries, cities and trips locally in your browser, with unlimited JSON export/import. Pro adds cloud sync across devices.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade?
It stays in your browser's local storage. You can export it to a JSON file at any time as a backup.
Can I track cities that aren't in the built-in list?
Yes — if a city isn't in our catalog, you can add it as a custom entry with just a name.
How many hotels can I add per trip?
As many as you like — hotels are logged 1:n per trip, with no cap on Free or Pro.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
From your Profile page, use "Manage subscription" to open the billing portal and cancel anytime.
